Raymond and his crew has been handling my 04 C230 for years now and there are nothing but great service and reliable when it comes to service. I have been referring them to my friends and family for their service and they also love the service that was provided. They're prices are very reasonable and you get much more attention to my car.

Based on this vital information, I moved ahead with the purchase, and I will definitely be taking my car to be serviced by him.

I stumbled upon Elite Mercedes through a few Google searches after receiving terrible service at another auto shop. Even when I called Elite Mercedes, Raymond asked very detailed questions and was very knowledgeable about the tail light problems I was experiencing. I brought my car in to get it diagnosed, and an hour later, the problems had been fixed! Will return in the future for service for my car!

Great & friendly service. Raymond quoted a reasonable price for Mercedes parts. My ML350 needed brake replacement. I brought it in at 2 pm & they provided courtesy shuttle to Berryessa. My car was done & ready in 2 hours. I was very happy with their professional service and will recommend to my friends.
