Raymond and Roger are top notch! I rarely leave reviews for businesses; most of the time it's to complain about poor service. The service and staff at Elite Mercedes, on the other hand, compelled me to write praise! I have been here several times in the past for parts and incidentals as their prices are better than the dealer. My last visit was one out of pure necessity and Raymond didn't disappoint. He took my car in for service (which I wasn't prepared for) and had my car back to me later that day. He located the part below msrp and gave a big break on the labor! Whenever I have service needs larger than I can tackle on my own, I'm definitely coming back to Raymond and Elite.

These guys are awesome. Ripped my bumper off in uhaul incident. These guys reattached in the same day. Service and cost was excellent. Highly recommend!

I stumbled upon Elite Mercedes through a few Google searches after receiving terrible service at another auto shop. Even when I called Elite Mercedes, Raymond asked very detailed questions and was very knowledgeable about the tail light problems I was experiencing. I brought my car in to get it diagnosed, and an hour later, the problems had been fixed! Will return in the future for service for my car!
