Excellent work was done by Elite Mercedes. Raymond finished a nice job on changing breaks for my 2015 ML350. He gave me good consultation how break pads got wear out. Car was driving smooth with new breaks. I definitely will come back Elite Mercedes for any services in the future.

I have been bringing my 2011 E63 AMG to Raymond for a little over a year after Park Avenue Motors in Palo Alto closed. He is an outstanding Benz tech who is honest and efficient. I can't imagine trusting my AMG to anyone else. He has a customer for as long as i own my Benz.
