My car and I were well taken care of here at Elite Mercedes. Communication was clear, everything was explained thoroughly. Pricing was broken down so you're not left wondering about the billing. Ray will let you know which things need to/should be repaired, and in the end it's up to you what you want to do. It's refreshing to not be pressured into doing anything. Also, I really appreciated the shuttle service to/from my home! Everyone is friendly here, and all I have are praises.

I called Elite Mercedes to have my 1999 ML 320 service for the left rear locking mechanism. I spoke to Ray who advised to come by and he'll look at it. Once I pulled in to their shop, his staff was working on my SUV right away. I walked around the nearby business area and when I came back, Ray advised me of the work that needed to be done and gave me the option as to whether I want to go through with it or not. They also programmed my remote without me asking for it. Great Service!!! . Ray and his staff are excellent and I would highly recommend this business. The only unfortunate thing is they don't work on other type of cars, just Mercedes. But they are very good at what they do and this is probably why they only specialize in Mercedes Benz. I'm looking forward to my next visit and just wanted to let Ray and his team know that they have gained a customer for life. I live in the Fremont area and there are lots of other MBZ shops in the area, but I wouldn't take it to them as I know that Elite Mercedes is the best in the Bay Area . I have used elite mercedes for 5 years now and i am still impressed by their professionalism, knowledge, honesty not to mention how accomidating, and thoroughal they are! I took my mercedes to the dealer and they were gong to charge me almost twice as much and found out they were also going to charge me for checking the tire pressure! Mercedes elite are so hinest and fair i would never take my mercedes or bmw to anyone other than mercedes elite! Trust me they are the best!
