Always great service at Elite! Been taking our 2001 E class to Ray and his team for the past 10 years and car’s still running strong thanks to their thorough maintenance. Always super straightforward with recommendations and weighing the options. At recent service was extremely grateful for Ray’s attention to detail with some of the electrical gremlins that have popped up, and getting those resolved. Highly recommend for Mercedes service!!

My son’s car failed smog! We took to different mechanics and smog places! Wasted lots of money on it! I was told to keep driving to reset computer, so the engine light will turn off. It never did! Finally took to Elite Mercedes, Raymond said we have to get a diagnosis check. It took awhile to get an appointment! After he replaced the tubing, he still find problems! It was more than what we want to spend on a very old car! But my son had changed a lot of parts on his own and I had paid the registration! So we took a chance with Raymond. He finished fixing it and even drove around to make sure the engine light won’t return! On his advice, I got smog right after I picked up the car. I passed! Smog is a rip off!
