Raymond did a great job once again taking care of my 2003 ML350 so I can continue to drive it without worries. He was great explaining to me what was done to correct the issues I had. And on top of that the overall customer service is excellent. Loved the car wash!

Raymond and his mechanics are the best! My cars run much better and for a lot less than when I have been to the dealership. They figured out an issue with my brake and turn signal lights after months of going to the dealership and nothing but fuse and bulb replacements which only worked temporarily, Elite found the issue and ordered the parts and its worked properly ever since, over 2 yrs now. Best Mercedes repair shop ever!

Excellent service! They go beyond just maintaining my car, they drove me home (after I dropped off my car), then came back to pick me up after the B2 service was completed. I was pleasantly surprised to discover they even cleaned up a horrible scratch around the passenger back wheel fender. They did such an amazing job on that scratch you can’t tell there is one unless you’re standing 3 inches in front of it
