Great & friendly service. Raymond quoted a reasonable price for Mercedes parts. My ML350 needed brake replacement. I brought it in at 2 pm & they provided courtesy shuttle to Berryessa. My car was done & ready in 2 hours. I was very happy with their professional service and will recommend to my friends.

The most important aspect of any Mercedes service appointment is stress free and they repair your car to your utmost satisfaction. That is what I found in bringing my E320 wagon to Elite Mercedes last Friday. My weak battery was replaced with a factory recommended battery and my request for an overall health assessment of my car was done to my satisfaction. It was a free assessment and Raymond Lam, the business manager took me to my car and pinpoint to me what the potential issues are with my Mercedes. He was upfront and honest. I trust his assessment. I will go back to Elite Mercedes for future services.
