Excellent experience at this repair shop for Mercedes. Raymond is very knowledgeable with Mercedes related repairs. He follows the proper procedures for accurately diagnosing issues with the car. A repair is only as good as the person diagnosing the issues and Raymond is very good at doing what he does.

I was very happy to find a local Mercedes service center near where I live. Raymond, service manager was very nice and kind to his customer. I found the service here is excellent and honest. They didn't charge the standard $25 for rotating tires just because I didn't ask and they felt that it should be done. I would certainly come back again for future service needs on my Mercedes.
