Since purchasing my MB SLK350, I have always taken it to Elite Mercedes for service. Raymond is an honest and no-nonsense experienced mechanic and he will never try to sell you a service you do not need (unlike the dealerships). Recently I took my car in to have him examine why the engine check fault indicator came on. On close examination, he found nothing physically wrong (just a false flag generated by the transmission). He did not charge me for his time and effort. Now, that is integrity!!! I definitely remain his loyal customer! Also, thank you to Roger for taking me to a local eatery while I wait.

Raymond is nothing like the dealership except for his skills. He is the most honest compare to all of the shops I have been to. He would tell me if some of the parts are still good for a few years whereas the dealer would not say so and would suggest that I replace it right away. I know I can trust him with all of his suggestions and he will be my go to guy for as long as I own a MBZ. Highly recommend him and his shop!
