Raymond is the man! Super nice and easy to talk to. I took my W221 in to get checked out since it was acting weird and I didn’t know what it was. Raymond made my time at Elite Mercedes Benz easy and he made sure I knew exactly what he was going to do. He did not try to hustle me or do things to my car without my consent unlike the dealers and other private party garages.
