Our 2007 Cl 550 with only 19,000 miles on odometer experienced an instantaneous and devastating oil leak that covered the entire. engine compartment with oil. I had thought it was a power steering related issue as when the oil leak expressed itself, at the same time the oil leak became apparent, the PS system failed. Upon recommendation from a friend, I had AAA transport the car to Elite Mercedes for analyses of the problem. Within 5 minutes Raymond Lam, one of 2 owner partners of Elite, determined that the engine had blown a oil filter gasket which had initiated the spraying of oil about the engine,,,along with additional assistance of the serpentine belt system. Given prior experience with dealership service departments, it is entirely possible that such a rapid analysis and subsequent repairs and cleanup of the ungodly mess under the hood would have taken substantially more time,,,,and at a significantly higher expense. Car was done and ready for pickup the very next day....I did also request a full service of the car including a coolant and brake fluid change. The costs were very reasonable and the cleanup was excellent. My first experience with Elite and certainly will not be my last. I do have a great deal experience with working on and showing my small collection of old classic American muscle cars,,,,so I do have substantial experience in this area. I recognize and appreciate talent and honesty when it comes to these old cars. Ray displays both. Roger Schaaf

Tired of poor but expensive services at the dealers, I was looking around for an alternative, either near my resident or near Menlo Park. A friend suggested Elite near my house. Both Ray and Robert are very professional and effective. Mercedes service is never cheap compared to Japanese cars. But the explanation and the attitude towards their work are excellent, that make us feel safe to pay without suspision. Of course I do not have suffcient data to recommend further, but for sure I will be back for future needs.

Best service I’ve experienced by an independent service shop. They went out of their way to give me great service. They diagnosed the brake problem and fixed only what was needed and they advised me of other things to look out for in the future. Price was very reasonable compared to other shops an especially to Mercedes dealer. They were nice, professional, and competent. I will definitely be back as I have found the right shop for my Mercedes.

These guys are awesome! My headlight shorted out leaving me with an annoying warning every time I was in my car. These guys diagnosed my problem and fixed it in a jiffy. They also correctl installed an illuminated star (which was the cause of the problem in the first place). These guys are a lifesaver. Well worth the hour drive to get to them. They have dealership knowledge without the dealership judgement and price. I highly recommend them!

Raymond and his team were great! We had a transmission issue and ended up in "limp" mode. Being somewhat new to the Milpitas area, we used Yelp to help in finding a mechanic in the area that could work on Mercedes cars. Our usual mechanic being in Mt. View wasn't an option as it would been too far to drive to and didn't want to have it towed there. Luckily we found Elite Mercedes Service & Repair! Raymond was easy to work with and very informative about what needed to be done and why, he was patient with our questions and concerns, since it was a relatively expensive repair (rebuilt Mercedes transmission and computer). He understood that we needed to review our options and was helpful in keeping us informed. They even helped get some gum/road tar off the car, along with a quick car wash! These guys are highly recommended if your in the area, responsive, patient, trustworthy, and nice! We love supporting small, local businesses in the area and they've won a repeat customer.
