I own a '11 MB C350 and the Service A notification had popped up on my dashboard. Didn't really want to spend a ton of money at the dealer so I decided to look up any local mechanics in my area that specialized in Mercedes-Benz. A couple minutes on Yelp and I found Elite Mercedes based in Milpitas. Gave them a call and was scheduled an appointment right away for the next day. Upon arriving at their shop, I was greeted by the owner, Raymond and helped me right away. Raymond and his team are very professional and courteous. I originally planned to stay at the shop while they performed the service on my car but it was a hot day so I ended up changing my mind. They offered to drop me off at a local starbucks while they worked on my car, I was more than happy to accept the offer. When my car was done, Raymond gave me a call and told me my car was ready and that he had already dispatched one of his workers to come pick me up (Service on Point here guys.). Once I was back to the shop, Raymond explained everything that was performed on my car and how my brakes and tires were (most of the time, when I went to the dealer, they don't even tell me how much tread I have left on my tire and how much percentage I have left on my brakes). Raymond even fixed my cigarette lighter and made sure the tires on my C350 were on the correct pressure. (I have asked the dealer multiple times to check in on these two minor issues on my car and each time they neglected to do it). Overall, I highly recommend Elite Mercedes for their customer service alone. As for pricing, I found their prices very reasonable, I ended up paying much less than what I was quoted for at the dealership.

We were thinking about making a purchase of a used AMG but decided to ask Raymond if he would be able to put it on the lift to see if I should buy and Raymond and his staff were more than willing to help and to take a look and thanks to them, they saved me over $10,000 in repairs if I were to purchase the vehicle.Thanks Elite Mercedes!!!

Thanks to Raymond and his crew .. Honest , reliable,and knowledgeable... Theses guys took care of my s500 like it was his !!! He Told me everything about the car how it functions... Oh yeah !! Just last week I panic I thought my transmission was about to malfunction. I towed the s500 at his shop , the next day he called me saying he put it in the computer diagnostic didnt find anything wrong with the transmission .. I ask him what is the damage , he told me it's ok it's in the house .... I was surprised that he didn't charge me got the computer service... Elite is the best honest ,reliable knowledgeable mb shop out in the Bay Area ... Thank you Raymond and his crew...

Great place to get your MB repairs! Raymond and his team are very thorough and knowledgeable, the best thing is they are upfront and honest, it's hard to find someone you can trust with your car. I highly recommend them. They even washed my car before I picked it up.

I went there Wednesday and have my C63 for Service B. Raymond are great guy and he gave me good deal. I picked up my C63 next day, it run like a charm. It does feel difference I highly recommend them to anyone.

The Elite Mercedes good customer service and the quality of the work are excellent! I can trust their assessments of what my car needs. One time I bring my ML to repair for Suspension I know over work for car but they did not charge me for the labor for that additional job They do a great job !

I took my 2007 E63 and I couldn't be happier with my visit to Elite Mercedes! I spoke with Raymond over the phone and explained everything my issues: service F, engine check light and the rear sunshade stopped working. After dropping off my car (I didn't have a ride back home so I was going to call Uber), Raymond offered me a ride to the nearest BART station. He inspected my car the same day and discovered that the engine check could be caused by a faulty relay, the sunshade could be the motor failing, but that I also needed new engine mounts.My car was finished much faster than I expected - I think it was done the next day. Raymond showed me everything he inspected and showed me the old motor mounts (the fluid started leaking). He also showed me all of the codes the computer was spitting out and an itemized list of everything inspected and work performed. They also washed my car. On top of everything else, Raymond didn't charge me for the rear sunshade motor check since it was my first visit!If you have a Mercedes, this is the place to take it. They definitely think of the customer first, are extremely knowledgeable and best of all, honest. These guys have won me over already and I know I won't be going anywhere else!
