Raymond replaced our heater assembly in our GLC 300 and I am very pleased with his work. They responds fast. The work was done several hours after dropping our car off. Their pricing is much better than the dealership. They are former Mercedes dealership mechanics. They use all OEM parts. Just a great experience bring my car here. I recommend them highly.

I've been bringing my E350 to Elite for at least six years now. I've gone to other MB specialized servicers in the past, but Elite has offered the best service for me, and the team led by Ray is always honest and they only focus on ways to fix things, yet give advise on what are things to continue to watch out for. They never oversell on any service. My car is over 100k miles and I'm confident they'll help me keep it going for another 100k!
