My Mercede E63S has been maintainted by Raymond and team at Elite for the past 5 years and I am totally satisfied with their service quality from the standpoints of professionism and warm and humble attitute. I would give them an A+++ rating because my car is a sport version and requires extra high skill, knowledge and experience and Elite is just service it perfectly everytime I pull it into their shop. Other worthy mentioning is their schedule and thoroughness in servicing. Last not the least they are so honest and reasonable in service cost , much reasonable than most you can find etsewhere. It’s a family owned business, and they are always respectable, professional, and know exactly what they’re doing. I completely trust them with my car, they’re honest, never overcharge, and always answer my calls quickly. Great experience, they took good care of the car, didn’t try to sell services as dealers often do by using scare tactics. Made sure that service history goes to CarFax reports, no delay, no issues, people were very polite and genuine.

As always, Raymond, Roger and the rest of their crew are the best! I called in for my battery red light notification. Was too nervous that it might stall me. Called Raymond right away, he said to stop by, checked on my car, in an hour I got my new battery for my brakes! No appointment, but quick response! They are the best!
