Roger was thorough in explaining to me what would be done to my car and the cost. He was helpful with my questions and inquiries. He also did some labor over and above the work order. The price was fair. I drove my car, and it was running a lot better and smoother than before!

We brought in our 5-year-old Mercedes with 60,000 miles due to a coolant leak. Thanks to Mercedes for the three-week wait time. The heater valve was replaced professionally, quickly, and successfully—at about one-quarter of the cost quoted by the Mercedes dealership. The car was washed after the repair. Needless to say, we'll come here for all the repairs.
