My Mercede E63S has been maintainted by Raymond and team at Elite for the past 5 years and I am totally satisfied with their service quality from the standpoints of professionism and warm and humble attitute. I would give them an A+++ rating because my car is a sport version and requires extra high skill, knowledge and experience and Elite is just service it perfectly everytime I pull it into their shop. Other worthy mentioning is their schedule and thoroughness in servicing. Last not the least they are so honest and reasonable in service cost , much reasonable than most you can find etsewhere. Great experience, they took good care of the car, didn’t try to sell services as dealers often do by using scare tactics. Made sure that service history goes to CarFax reports, no delay, no issues, people were very polite and genuine.

As always, Raymond, Roger and the rest of their crew are the best! I called in for my battery red light notification. Was too nervous that it might stall me. Called Raymond right away, he said to stop by, checked on my car, in an hour I got my new battery for my brakes! No appointment, but quick response! They are the best!

The owners got into this business with the right mindset and concepts. I was referred there by my repair shop. I would go here first before the dealership. Good work and reasonable price. Not greedy and honest. Unfortunately, they only service Mercedes Benz so we cannot ask them for help with other cars.
