When I explained the service that my vehicle was needing; they addressed the items I’d listed and went beyond what I had referenced. The essence of customer service is to take care of a customer in a timely manner, however Raymond and his team exceeded my expectations and I believe this is the beginning of a long term customer relationship.

It was our first time taking our car to Elite Mercedes. We didn't know what type of maintenance our car was due for. When I showed up to the shop, Raymond was very helpful and professional. He gave me printouts of the different types of services that his shop usually provides, and was very patient in explaining what would he covered. I also asked him to check our brakes, heater, and engine filters to see if there were any issues. Not only was he willing to check everything, but he called me back and gave me a very thorough assessment of all the checks that I asked him to perform. He found multiple oil leaks during his inspection. I could tell he was very honest because he explained how there was one leak that could cause bigger issues down the road if not fixed now, and that we can hold off on the other leak because it was very minor and wasn't worth putting more money into fixing it. We got our car back that same day (and washed).. Service A, oil leak fix, engine filter replacement, and key reprogrammed. Elite Mercedes is reasonably priced, and doesn't charge an arm and a leg. Overall, Raymond and Team were very helpful, knowledgeable, and thorough professionals. I would highly recommend Elite Mercedes to anyone looking for an auto shop to take their cars to.

I have known Raymond Lam since last year when he first serviced my car for scheduled maintenance. I like his professionalism and honesty. If I had brought my car to the dealership it would have cost me an arm and a leg. I was so happy when I picked up my car coz it looked like it just came out of the dealership, so clean and shiny. I would definitely recommend him to my friends that also own a Mercedes.

Raymond is very helpful. When I did annual service, they pointed out transmission gasket leaking problem, and suggested me check last year's service, which should include transmission service. I did that at San Jose dealer last year, but they asked for $230 diagnose fee first, even though Raymond already pointed out the transmission gasket problem. At last Stevens Creek dealer replaced pan gasket under warranty. Another day check engine light is on, and Raymond checked the issue and cleared error code for free. I feel they open business is to offer people help, not like San Jose dealer, to ask for money first and drive customer away.

Gone to Elite a few times over the years. They took the time to lift my car and go over all the issues with me. Then, they took the time to go over what was important, what was less important, and what was not important. Everything they pointed out, I had already knew there was an issue but didn’t know what it was. Also, I didn’t know whether or not I wanted to put money into fixing it, or even if I wanted to keep the car. It was amazing that they took the time to show and go over what exactly was going on! It feels awesome to be able to make an informed discussion that I feel very good about.

I made an appointment on Tuesday for a service A for our GLA 250. Raymond walked me through the whole process and got me out of there on time, washed the car, and even changed the battery in my key! I’ll definitely be coming here for more service. I’ll always trust a local shop more than I would a dealership - they have more pride and ownership in what they do.
