I have used elite mercedes for 5 years now and i am still impressed by their professionalism, knowledge, honesty not to mention how accomidating, and thoroughal they are! I took my mercedes to the dealer and they were gong to charge me almost twice as much and found out they were also going to charge me for checking the tire pressure! Mercedes elite are so hinest and fair i would never take my mercedes or bmw to anyone other than mercedes elite! Trust me they are the best!

As usual Raymond and team are available and very efficient at servicing my vehicle. Best independent Mercedes shop I have ever used.

Service is great and I feel like I can fully trust my car is in good hands over here. I don't feel like I'll get ripped off or that I will be told that my car has problems unless it really does have problems. All issues are properly explained and they give you a free car wash every time you take your car in. Can't ask for a better mechanic shop!
