Raymond knows what he is doing. Not only that he is technically good but also his service charges are reasonable. He delivers on time and maintains clear communication with the customer. My E350's hand gear was broken apart and my car was immovable. So I called multiple places and got the best response from him. Besides replacing my hand gear module with a new one, he also replaced both the main and aux batteries. Moreover, he fixed the vibration problem in my car and he did all of this in less than two days. I am a happy camper now 🙂
