Ray is awesome! I was nervous about not using the dealership on my Mercedes, but I am so glad I found him. He is very honest and up front with you. He will diagnose issues and call you with the estimates. Services and estimates are less than what you would be charged at the dealer- and it is the same service you would receive at the dealer because he also worked at Mercedes previously for a number of years! I highly reccomenf!

Excellent customer service and the process went very smooth with the service performed on my vehicle. Raymond (Service Manager) and along with the other service team members were very helpful and answered all my questions/ inquiries with great thorough knowledge and my vehicle was finished the same day :)

raymond and company has been servicing my e63 since the factory warranty expired. top notch service and communication, but most importantly they are honest people. i wouldn’t dream of servicing my amg anywhere else.
