Always a perfect job. All the guys at Elite take great care of my baby. They diagnosed, explained to me what was going on, and kept me updated on the status. Even showed me the faulty parts. I really couldn't ask for a better shop to take my baby to. Thanks guys.

So glad I found this shop to service my 2013 C250!! These guys are true professional, reviewed the maintenance history of the vehicle and are extremely honest on what needs to be done. Jobs were performed efficiently and they even washed the car and replaced the battery of the key knob for free...I can go on and on but am truly appreciative of their service.

Elite Mercedes is the best service shop I haveever used in the Bay Area. Owner Raymond and his team have always been professional technically and cares. They check the car with great skill and up to date test equipments and long years experience. They are always courteous, warm and treating me like a good friend. Their charge is very reasonale, much lower than dealerships around. Their service my car, replacing the old battery, etc, enabling me feel safew and comfort to drive.

I've visited Elite Mercedes twice now for service. Both times were exceptional service, so i thought it was time for a review. Exactly the type of shop you hope to find. Honest and fair pricing. Raymond takes the time to explain what was found and let's me know what is important to fix and what can wait. I work on cars, when I have time, and all his recommendations have been spot on with my assessments. '04 Mercedes c320. Service A, B and battery replacement.
