Found this place online using Yelp and Google reviews to help me decide. Mostly it was a place that was close to me at work and had what seemed like good, honest reviews. I brought my car there for some routine maintenance (B3 service and an auxiliary battery needed to be replaced). The quote was fine on those, but I also noted an issue with the rear passenger door latch not working and also an issue that a dealership's service team had mentioned to me (bushings needed to be replaced soon).. Elite performed all the work on time and even checked on the bushings (which i had already expected to have to replace, based on the dealership's service recommendation). Turns out the bushings are fine and don't need to be replaced (i really appreciated that honest check from Elite). Staff here are all friendly (not grumpy or short with you, even if you have a few questions). I'm also happy that my money will go to a small, family-owned company here in Milpitas!
