My car and I were well taken care of here at Elite Mercedes. Communication was clear, everything was explained thoroughly. Pricing was broken down so you're not left wondering about the billing. Ray will let you know which things need to/should be repaired, and in the end it's up to you what you want to do. It's refreshing to not be pressured into doing anything. Also, I really appreciated the shuttle service to/from my home! Everyone is friendly here, and all I have are praises.
